With our complete PC tune-up we'll perform the following:

• Removal of Viruses and Spyware. The greatest dangers to your PC include viruses and Spyware. Your PC can be infected without you even realizing it. We'll use a number of different software solutions to clean your PC.*
• Installation of all Windows patches and service packs. Microsoft regularly puts out patches and service packs (collections of patches) to improve the reliability and security of your Windows Operating System. We'll install all available patches and service packs. (Requires a valid Windows License)
• Installation of MS Office patches and service packs. Just as with Windows, Microsoft routinely releases patches and service packs for its MS Office products.
• Backup of important files, documents, pictures and emails. If your hard drive crashes, will you lose everything? We'll back up your documents and pictures, as well as any other files you request, up to 4 GB, onto a DVD that you take with you.
• Delete unnecessary files and programs. We'll remove all unnecessary temporary files and uninstall any programs you wish to have removed.
• Defragment the hard drive. Over time, the data on your hard drive can become fragmented, slowing down the performance of your PC. After all unnecessary files are removed, we'll defragment your hard drive for optimal performance.
• Optimize Windows for better performance and security. Windows contains a lot of functions and options. However, not all are necessary. Running them can drain valuable resources needed by your PC to operate correctly. We'll change the appropriate Windows settings to improve the security and performance of your PC.
• Vacuum PC inside and out. Dust can damage any electronic device by causing electrical shorts or even over heating. We'll thoroughly vacuum your PC inside and out.
• Thorough inspection and recommendation for improvements. Is your PC all it can be? We'll do a thorough inspection to make sure it's running properly and we'll make recommendations for improvements (such as more memory, better security software, etc.).
• A free copy and installation of Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 ($40 value) . Kaspersky Internet Security is a comprehensive security package which includes Anti-Virus and Spyware protection, Spam protection, a Firewall, and WI-FI security.
